Atrium Café Goes Green for Better Nutrition

When patients and visitors at Mills-Peninsula Medical Center grab a bite to eat at the Atrium café, they are treated to nutritious foods from a local family farm.

Jannelly Sussman, retail and banquet manager, shares how Mills-Peninsula’s “green” efforts to be more ecologically responsible, including offering fresh, locally sourced food, and regularly recycling and composting, translate into better nutrition for our community.
